Jessica Whitlow
My Dream became reality on May 15, 2006 when I opened JW & Co Hair Studio. I graduated from Nuvo College of Cosmetology in 2005. I am a Certified Paul Mitchell Color & Product Expert. I am always learning and growing myself as a stylist. Most importantly I always am focusing on how to grow the business and the JW team.
I absolutely love all things in our industry, it’s a special feeling to be able to make a guest feel fabulous. I am artistic to my core and have known it since I was a little girl.
Fun facts about me: I have a slight obsession with Cars, Will Smith, Lizards, and most importantly nail polish! I Love to paint all things, I’m not afraid of power tools & I’ve been known to tackle many home renovations while the hubby is away! I am a mom of 2 amazing boys and a super cool Husband who I absolutely adore.
Jessica Pierson
Hey Everyone I’m JJ. I graduated from Nuvo in March of 2009. I started at at JW&CO in May 2009 and have in this time I’ve taken the Paul Mitchell Product Expert Class three times and the Paul Mitchell Color Expert Class once (so far), and countless in salon color, cutting & styling classes. I have been to The Paul Mitchell Gathering in Vegas two Times.
I live for this life, this crazy hair industry, and all the people I’ve been blessed to meet through this awesome, ever-changing career. I often get asked what’s my favourite, well all of it really.

Alicia Oleszczuk
I started working for JW&Co. Hair studio April 2013. Graduated from career line tech center in Holland, MI in 2006. Being a hair stylist has always been a dream for me. I love enhancing looks with color, cutting and styling bobs. Transforming looks in ways my guests never knew they could look or feel is the best feeling. I have been to many classes, visited Vegas twice for hair shows, certified twice for product expert and Brazilian blow out.
Fun fact about me: I have a small obsession with lipstick and sunglasses, I also enjoy watching bull riding. I am happily married with two kids.
Jennifer Temple
Hi! I’m Jennifer Temple, I joined the team at JW & Co in May 2015. I graduated from the Careerline Tech Center in 2001. I am a Certified Paul Mitchell Color Expert and Product Knowledge Expert. I love making people feel good about themselves and helping them see all the possibilities available to enhance their beauty inside and out!
Fun Fact ~ I lived in Europe with my husband for 13 years. Our son was born in Germany and our daughter was born in England.

Kami Rae LaCour
Hi guys! I'm Kami Rae, I started at JW & Co June 2nd, 2018. I graduated from Nuvo College of Cosmetology May 2015. I am a two time Paul Mitchell Product Expert. I love making people feel beautiful and better about themselves by giving their hair the love it needs and deserves! I Also love how creative and artsy you can be with hair!
Fun fact ~ I graduated cosmetology school before high school!

Sara Pratt
I started at JW & Co in 2018. I graduated from Nuvo College of Cosmetology in 2018. I love the industry because you get to see the expression on someone’s face when they love their hair. Everyone loves to feel good and when we can help make that happen it’s the best feeling in the world. It’s also so cool and amazing to see what you can do with hair!
Fun fact- I hula hoop to music in my free time.
